Khaki
The newest, freshest neural, it can be elegantly tailored or military styled - worn back with more khaki or break it up with a bold print or a bright colour. It's a killer new uniform for the chic modern woman.
Tribal
Exotic embellishments and traditional prints make up this modern take on tribal dressing. For a clean effect, choose traditional prints in modern shapes and keep adding the embellishment.
Denim on denim
Mix tones of denim for a new take on a trend we've not seen since the 80's. Keep it slouchy and slightly oversized and sex it up with a high heel or tone it down with a flat sneaker.
Pastels
It's time to bid a long overdue farewell to black and wear pretty lolly pastels that mimic the colour of spring. In pretty soft shapes or toughened up in simple clean shapes or strong structured cuts to avoid looking too girly.
Ladylike
Inspired by Mad Men and a desire to dress like a lady, these new dresses make you feel all woman. Look for nipped in waists, fuller skirts and pretty fabrics.
Global Traveller
This season serves up a melting pot of fabrics and colour that could come from any well travelled girls holiday itinerary, but made new when worn back to modern shapes in blacks and khakis.
Jumpsuit
Try a jumpsuit in any variation of this season's palette. It's no sexless boiler suit this year, it's the sexy modern girl's new uniform. Try it with a towering heel and simple bold accessories.
Long skirts
As an alternative to the very short on offer this season, try the very long ! Wear with flat sandals or a heel to add some disguised height. Pair with either a simple tank or think utilitarian with a military styled shirt and polished with a great belt.
