Shop Your Closet Like a Stylist

At its core, the idea of loving your look starts with the notion of value. To take steps toward this goal is to not only value the way you present yourself to the world, but the way you feel when you look in the mirror. But in these times more than ever, it seems like we’re all trying to get there with less.

Here are some of the ways I’ve learned to value myself and enjoy more with less.

1. Don’t delay spending quality time with your family or friends.

2. A great wardrobe doesn’t have to cost a fortune.Learn to “shop your closet” and mix up what you already have in new ways.

3. Whether you color your hair at home or go to a salon, there are many ways to revitalize your color in between colorings. Root Touch-Up and Natural Instincts are just two of the options.

4. Put “start with me” at the top of your “to do” list each day. You’ll be surprised at how taking a few moments to write in a journalor just do the crossword puzzle in silence clears your mind and energizes you for the day.
