When you’re in front of the lens…
• Rest your hand on your hip, rather than squashing it next to your body. The effect is instantly slimming.
• Show off more leg, rather than less. It will make your legs look longer.
• Nip your waist in by putting your hands on your hips.
• Sunlounger tips…lift thighs away from the bed for instant slimming effect. To elongate your neck, lie with your head lilted back slightly and your chin up.
• Close-up? Make sure you’re below the level of the lens to avoid too much nostril!
When you’re behind the lens…
• Shoot from above or from the side to get the most flatteringly lit shots… and reduce double chins.
• Take more snaps on a cloudy day. Clouds = fewer harsh shadows.
• Avoid shots lit directly from above, both indoors and outdoors. It will cast shadows. Morning and evening light is warmer and more flattering.
• After dark, use the night mode if your camera has one. This will give a longer exposure and shows fewer shadows…but people will need to sit still so the image isn’t blurred.
love the advice i will be going away to try that now .
